Gas kitchen.

It is a combination that combines an oven with a hob, and is equipped with a gas stove, and a gas oven. the oven is gas, it can brown food, it is also equipped with a fan that can keep the temperature constant. Its use can be used both in households and in industry. All the latest generation gas ranges are equipped with safety valves and sensors capable of recognizing any accidental extinguishing of the flame, thus preventing the supply of gas.

Electric kitchen.

The electric cooker is an appliance that works with an electric hob and an electric oven, today they are also available with an induction or ceramic hob, the new evolution is the kitchens with the multifunction oven.

The multifunctional oven represents the latest evolution of electric ovens. In addition to heating elements and grill, the multifunction oven is also equipped with a fan, which can further diversify the cooking process according to the type of food to be prepared. The fan is placed on the bottom wall of the cavity and circulates the heated air for resistance to favor uniform and rapid cooking on all shelves. In these ovens it is also possible to operate the resistance only as a simple electric oven to obtain traditional cooking. If the appropriate function is activated, some models may also use steam or microwave.
