BLANCO headquarters are located in Oberderdingen (Baden-Württemberg) im Kraichgau, the so-called "Tuscany of Baden". The most important production plants of the largest German sink manufacturer are not far away. BLANCO maintains a close relationship with its markets through international affiliates and long-standing partners in over 100 countries.

BLANCO stands out for its employee loyalty to the company well above average. It is based to a large extent on a relationship of esteem towards each other and on a corporate culture strongly oriented towards respect for values, which employees refer to as " BLANCO Spirit".

BLANCO was founded in 1925 by Heinrich Blanc under the name of „Blanc & Co.“. 2. With approximately 70% of shares in the company, BLANCO is now part of the BLANC & FISCHER family holding. The Blanc and Fischer families each own half of this group of companies. The remainder is held directly by the Heinz Blanc family.

Since 2007, two independent companies carry the name BLANCO . What was once the Catering and Medical Systems division has since been an independent company under the name of BLANCO Professional GmbH + Co KG.
