This 60cm built-in electric oven from the Professional Series, equipped with Total Steam and self-cleaning pyrolytic lining, offers the largest cavity in its category: 76 litres. Thanks to its 11 functions, it is ideal for cooking at medium-low temperatures, as in the case of leavened products or recipes that require slow cooking, such as casserole cooking.
Static cooking is perfect for cakes, while ventilated cooking ensures even heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking without the flavors mixing. The infrared grill guarantees intense searing and grilling on large surfaces. Controlling the oven is easy thanks to the practical metal or metal knobs with titanium finish and the simple TFT display, guaranteeing excellent flexibility in choosing the cooking mode.
This display also allows simple management of the food probe and the Bertazzoni Assistant.
The door is equipped with silent opening, metal or metal handle with titanium finish and quadruple athermal glass which ensures safety and efficiency. The Total Steam function helps you cook quick and healthy dishes thanks to the water vapor which allows you to preserve flavours, nutrients, vitamins and minerals. In this way the cooking of vegetables, fish and meat becomes quick and efficient. The water tank can be removed and filled without having to interrupt the cooking program.
Pyrolysis cleaning is based on high temperature cleaning and sterilization without the need for detergents, in order to leave your oven shining and completely sanitized.
