When making our furniture, where appropriate, we also use a particular technique: veneering. It is an artisanal technique that consists in obtaining sheets with a minimum thickness of 3 mm from boards of precious solid wood, using a saw with a band blade. These sheets are glued against the grain on a base surface made of solid wood or panels of various types. With this method, handed down by the craftsmen of the past centuries, it is possible to obtain with more types of wood, particular compositions with a geometric effect or inlay, on the surfaces of furniture and personalized tables. The furniture built with the veneering technique are to be considered among the most valuable for the considerable thickness of wood used on the surface (veneered sheets) which allows, like a solid wood furniture, to be restored several times over time, always maintaining the same stability. . The longer time spent on this criterion of craftsmanship leads to a higher cost for original personalized furniture.
